Canyon Lake Car Show
Nearly 200 classic cars, trucks, and hot rods rolled into the Canyon Lake Lodge for the 16th annual Canyon Lake Car Show on October 1,2022 and hundreds of Canyon Lakers turned out to enjoy a day of cars and fun. In addition to all the amazing vehicles, spectators enjoyed music by Brett Harrell of High Energy Sound and Lighting, a ski show featuring ShowCal Skiers, and a variety of food vendors.
For more than 15 years, the Canyon Lake Car Club and Canyon Lake POA have collaborated to bring this impressive event to Canyon Lake. This is a nonprofit event that donates all proceeds to local charities Project Touch and Helping Hands. Project Touch is based in Murrieta and dedicated to preventing homelessness in our local communities. Helping Hands is based in Canyon Lake and dedicated to providing food assistance to local seniors and families. More information on these worthy charities may be found at www.projecttouchonline.com and www.helpinghandsgroup.us, amongst others. “The Car Club appreciates the community, volunteers, and participants for making the show a great success,” Perry Beggs, president of the Car Show, said. “We hope to see you next year.” The 2023 Canyon Lake Car Show is scheduled for October 7, 2023.
