It’s that time of year again! The Canyon Lake POA and the Family Matters Club are teaming up to present the popular Turkey Hand Coloring Contest for Canyon Lake children 18 years and younger. This contest will run November 9 through November 26.
Contest Rules
The rules are simple; participating children can create a turkey using a pre-made hand outline (download online) or children may create their own hand outline on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of white paper. Adding extra features to the picture, such as other animals, decorations, etc. is acceptable, as long as the outline of the hand turkey is most prominent. Parents are asked to please make sure that the child’s name does not appear on the front of the artwork.
The Family Matters Club will give a prize for the best turkey hand drawing in each age category: 2 to 5, 6 to 9, 10 to 12 and 13 to 18.
How To Submit Artwork
Participants may submit their artwork digitally through our 2021 Turkey Hand Contest Form or email it to [email protected]. Submissions may also be turned into the Canyon Lake POA's Member Services office. Please include the following information either in the body of the email or on the back of the artwork (if turning in at the office).
