Phase 7 started this week. The roads in Phase 7 are Compass Drive (south east side), Lighthouse Drive (east side), Beacon Court, Redwood Drive (south east section), Lassen Drive, and Klamath Court. Registrations Due

Our next fiscal year begins on May 1. Annual registration renewals for golf carts and boats are due by May 1 and notices were sent to all homeowners. Phase 5 Update

The asphalt reconstruction project started phase 5 last week. Grinding took place on Yellow Gold, and the east side of Canyon Club (there is continuous access to the Lodge). Access to the Canyon Lake Villas from Canyon Club Drive will be limited, residents of the condos are advised to use the Lighthouse Drive entrance for access through April 22. Ballots for the 2022 Board Election have been mailed to all homeowners. As of today (April 13) 168 ballots have been received. Meet the Candidates Forum

The Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Meet the Candidates Forum on Wednesday, April 13 at 6 p.m. at the Lodge. This is a great opportunity for residents to meet the candidates running for the 2022 Board of Directors. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend this event. Due to the inclement weather crews were not be on site working today, Friday, March 4. Work is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 5 on Gulf Stream Drive, Steelhead Drive, and Spray Drive.
