Meet Laura Flores

Lodge Manager

The Canyon Lake POA is pleased to introduce Laura Flores, the new Lodge manager. With nearly 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Laura brings a varied wealth of hospitality experience to the Lodge and Lighthouse Restaurant. Laura's passion is teamwork and providing fantastic guest satisfaction. She says, "I aim to create a positive and collaborative team environment that provides exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations." Laura has been serving in a managerial capacity in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years. Her experience includes an extensive career with Hilton working in several management roles and a lengthy career with Darden as a certified trainer. She has held other food and beverage management positions at popular hotels and resorts, such as the Historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, and Bear Springs Hotel in Highland, CA. We are sure that her extensive experience managing multiple dining areas and banquets will make her a valuable asset to Canyon Lake!
